Unfortunately, for Full passes no refunds are possible but you can still sell your pass and request a change of name for 5 euros.

Hotel Reservations
For hotel reservations, you can get a refund for 90% of your hotel room before Jan 1 2025, minus a 6% handling fee. From Jan 2 till the festival the hotel rooms are non-refundable. For packages the price of the full pass at time of purchase is non-refundable. The balance is 90% refundable before Jan 1, 2025. From Jan 2 till the festival the packages are non-refundable.
